need a good prenatal

Hello! Can't answer about a prenatal, but have you considered taking Juice Plus

capsules instead? The vitamins and minerals are absorbed, as opposed to a

multi-vitamin that is not. Juice Plus won't give you enough iron or folic acid

for pregnancy. There are OB/GYN's around the country that recommend Juice Plus

to all pregnant women and there are studies underway that are already showing

improved outcomes in birth weight, lower incidence of problems. You can see the

study yourself on this website: hriderjuiceplus.com

Juice Plus is basically the nutrients in 17 different fruits, veggies, and whole

grains. It is mostly organic. It comes in capsules (powder in the capsule),

chewables, and delicious gummies for children. My whole family takes it and my

son has not had a sick visit in almost 2 years. I took it while pregnant with my

second. I take extra when I'm coming down with a cold and I really seems to help

boost my immune system.

Disclosure: I am a vendor, but I do that because I get a discount on my own

product and because I believe in the product. It's also great for picky

eaters...fills in the gaps when kids won't or can't eat there fruits and

veggies.
