Hi, I'm posting for a friend who isn't very computer savvy. She has a

7 year old son who she is treating with some basic biomed stuff for

some issues he has. He is fully vaxed (even got an extra varicella

thanx to doc), and she considers him vaccine-injured. He also had

some noteable chemical exposers as a baby (she took him to work with

her in a newly remodeled building, with new carpet, and he napped

every day on the floor).

Basically, he is a very sweet kid who passes for NT but who clearly

has sensory issues (lots of crashing, sudden hitting for no apparent

reason, drops to floor, covers ears and is pretty sound sensitive).

She is working with an OT and that isn't improving anything. He has

some compulsive behaviors like repeating the last part of what someone

says (only at school) and calling out rhyming words, especially when

stressed or needs to poop. The other thing, I'm not sure if executive

function is the right term, but it's like he can't see his options and

make a choice. He'll just sit there and squirm until someone asks if

he has to go to the bathroom. It's like he always needs to be told

what to do (this isn't a parenting problem, his mom is great about

encouraging him and trying to talk things through). This really seems

like a neurological issue.

The other question is that he has Pyrroluria, but he has a very hard

time tolerating the B6. For a long time even a sprinkle made him get

really hyper and aggressive, and all of his symptoms would seem to get

worse. Now his mom has slowly worked up to a full capsule, which he

will seem fine with the first two days, then on the third day he is

really bad. I guess it gets so bad that she feels that he is worse

with treatment than without. She goes to the same DANish doctor that

I do, who I love, but who she isn't getting as many answers from.

He's also on GF/CF which seems to help some.\, he takes zinc for the

Pyrroluria, and he takes magnesium. Not sure what else. Any thoughts

about the B6 issues? Any thoughts about the executive function

problem? Another prob here is the dad is really opposed to biomed so

the mom is limited in what she can do. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

TIA,

-Sierra

Lysine will eliminate varicella virus in the body.

This was mostly caused by yeast overgrowth at my house, and the rest

by viruses.

Increase the magnesium and maybe add No-Fenol enzyme. It also tends

to increase yeast.

Try adding a multi B, like B50 [which will also tend to increase

yeast, so watch for that] and fish oil.
