Guest guest Posted January 28, 2009 Report Share Posted January 28, 2009 I was so happy to find almond milk to replace dairy milk and rice milk, but I've read that it's a high oxylate food (as well as high phenol). Are oxylates something to mostly avoid if there is a leaky gut? Did you find that removing them caused improvement?
