My son tolerated no foods. I had to give him enzymes with every meal

Hi Krishna,

Enzymedica suggests taking their products right before eating. But

for children you can just sneak it into their first bite. Maybe the

reason he suggest taking it 15 minutes before a meal is because the

capsule of the particular brand he is familiar with, might not

dissolve fast enough to let the enzymes out in time to digest the

first part of the meal. That's just my guess. I'm not sure which

products he was recommending or is familiar with. But with

Enzymedica's products, taking it at the beginning of the meal is

great. If you would like any samples or literature, just let me know

I use Digest gold.. for my son..and I just give it (open the capsule and mix

it) with Hemp Milk...is that ok.. will that be effective??
