I had to give him enzymes with every meal and snack. I used HNI http://www.houstonni.com/ Dana
Guest guest
Hi Krishna, Enzymedica suggests taking their products right before eating. But for children you can just sneak it into their first bite. Maybe the reason he suggest taking it 15 minutes before a meal is because the capsule of the particular brand he is familiar with, might not dissolve fast enough to let the enzymes out in time to digest the first part of the meal. That's just my guess. I'm not sure which products he was recommending or is familiar with. But with Enzymedica's products, taking it at the beginning of the meal is great. If you would like any samples or literature, just let me know I can send them out to you. Enzymedica makes the number one selling digestive enzyme. Many on the group have had much success with them. Feel free to ask me any questions. Alessandra Enzymedica's Education Department enzymedica.com > > Hello, > > I was wondering as to how to give Enzymes.
