Guest guest Posted January 13, 2008 Report Share Posted January 13, 2008 I did not mean to imply that I wanted to use enzymes to replace his G/F diet for celiac, but because he has many other food sensitivities, including peanuts, soy, cows milk, egg whites and grapes plus some more that I can't think of right now, I am looking at enzymes so that his diet won't have to be so restricted.
