The way LDN works has nothing to do with sleep!!!

Please read the Further Q and A page on the LDN website and you will

see that graveyard shift workers are to take their LDN between 9pm and

3am so that the drug will be in your system between 2am and 4am. If

you take LDN before 9pm the LDN is gone before 2am and the best

endorphin poduction is lost to you, the patient.

If you don't now what time you are supposed to take LDN then you

haven't read the LDN website.
