Guest guest
Dana- I know you answered this question before and you put this... B2, B12, and also possibly vitamin A toxicity and give Folic Acid. I tried 200IU / day of Vit E and it doesn't seem to be doing anything. But I don't how much of anything. I have a box called " B-12 Energy Now! " and it has in it Thiamine 1.5 mg Riboflavin (B2) 1.7 mg B3 (Niacinamide) 20 mg B6 (from Pyridoxine HCl) 2 mg Folate (as folic acid) 400 mcg B12 2000 mcg which includes Cyanocobalamin 1400 mcg Methylcobalamin (co-enzyme form) 300 mcg Dibencozide (co also) 300 mcg B5 (from Calcium d-Pantothenate) 30 mg Chromium (from Chromium Picolinate) 60 mcg Creatine Monohydrate 250 mg Is there any ingredient in this that would harm my son? This is for adults. How often can I give this to him? Would this satisfy the Folic Acid and B Vitamins you mentioned? Thanks so much for any advice you can give.
