Guest guest
Hi, I had similar headaches while taking multiple things to try to kill yeast. The only thing that seemed to help me is drinking lots of water. A glass every hour or so for a few days. You could also back off the supplements until after your test. Good luck, From: a Vivona <pauliegirl1@...> Subject: Help!!!!!!!! MASSIVE headache - Is it Die off?????? Date: Thursday, March 5, 2009, 5:37 PM I have been taking a few things to help with the yeast, and since I increased this protocol I am experiencing the most severe headaches. Worse than a sinus infection, and almost as bad as a migrane. I can bearly keep my eyes open, and all I want to do is rest my head. I really hope this is some die off. I have a major Biology test tomorrow and I can't study with this pain. Any ideas on how to alleviate the headache? paula

Guest guest
-Hi a, the best thing I have done for migraines or headaches is to put my feet into cold or ice water, that takes the heat from the head to the feet, you could also apply sunflower oil to feet to draw out, or some other oil, good luck, laura -- In , " a Vivona " <pauliegirl1@...> wrote: > > I have been taking a few things to help with the yeast, and since I increased this protocol I am experiencing the most severe headaches. And, when I took anti-fungals myself, the yeast tended to migrate around before it left my body. So sometimes it would go into my head for a few days on its way out. Try taking magnesium, to keep it moving downward. You can also try increasing the yeast protocol. What I did, was take GSE every 30 minutes for a few hours, along with magnesium, until the headache was gone. Dana

I feel as if the yeast is indeed migrating to my head, and I also feel as if it is causing the burning sensation on my skin. I have been so constipated and I am sure it can't exit that way, so it's coming out elsewhere. I am just glad it is leaving. I started l.sporogenes from Thorne. I think that is working well for me. L. Acidophillus seems to make my skin break out, so I try to avoid it. I also started to take the Symbiotics Candida Balance and Candex. I can only take the candex every 3 days, because it seems to cause constipation and extreme fatigue if I take it everyday. I think it creates a lot of die-off and loads my system too quickly. As soon as I get the elimination pathways clear and running again, I am going to up the entire protocol. Thank you to everyone for their great advice. You all are amazing and so good to me!!!! paula

So can increasing the yeast protocol. Dana
