Weird rash and poop question

First...my son is on anti-virals and gets the viral rashes (looks like

a scattering of pin pricks that scab over quickly) Now he has a strange

rash on his hand that looks like a red splotch. It's slightly raised.

Does anyone have any ideas? Is it viral? Maybe a skin reaction to

something? It's been there for 3 days and doesn't look like it's going

away.

2nd question....string like poops mean yeast, right?
