> hello! could I get some suggestions on where to start my 46 lb 5 yr

old out on Lysine as part of his anti viral arsenal

Start with 250-500mg per day.

>>he is taking 500 mg OLE 3x a day 1 virastop 3x a day, and 5- 6

grams vitamin C a day. I have 500 mg capsules of lysine. thanks! Libby

Don't give the lysine within 2 hours of the OLE, it will neutralize

the active ingredient of the OLE.

I started with 250mg per day and worked up from there. Check labels

and use a brand with very few additives and fillers.
