Guest guest
Thanks to al the helpful information I've received, mostly on this board, my doctor is having me try LDN for my debilitating Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Tonight will be my first night (I'm starting at 1.5 mg.) and I have two questions. First, I turn out the lights between 11:00 and 11:30 p.m. Is there an exact best time for me to take it or should it just be sometime between 9:00 p.m. and when I turn the lights out? Second, I take Mirapex in a low dose because, without it, Restless Leg Syndrome keeps me from sleeping. (Mirapex in larger doses is used for Parkinson's Disease.) I've been taking Mirapex since before I got sick with CFS. I don't see it on the list of medications one should not take with LDN. Is that correct? Have others with Restless Leg Syndrome found that LDN makes it better? Thanks again for everyone's help. Toni
