Things that I have changed recently: I have been ramping up our yeast fighting by slowly adding biotin I tried a drop of Potassium Iodide last night and this morning, I had been at 1/4-1/2 drop per day. Did not have the 'die-off' that I felt when I first started at 20 mcg/day Slowly working up the number of Candex (enzymes) I take between meals I have not changed the enzymes I take with meals (Digest Gold, Lypo Gold) Yeast feels more under control the past couple of days, but it is just today that I am not able to handle scents.
