Hi, is it possible to have a good result from Co-Q-10 but a negative result

result from Acetyl-L-Carnitine? My 9 year old said he felt too

'wired' after a Acetyl-L-Carnitine supplementation.

Thank you.

we both have done very well on it. We take the stuff with breakfast (which

always has fat). I am wondering if it would be better to break it up and give

some of it at each meal? Does it last all day- meaning that if we take the

acetyl-l-carnitine at breakfast, will it help us absorb fats at dinner? We take

more than that, just using it as an example.
