supplements to help constipation

Trienza is a broad digestive enzyme. I put 1 1/2 to 2 capsules, opened in a

little juice before each meal. It follows the food you eat through the digestive

tract and helps to break it down so that the nutrients can be properly absorbed.

Natural Calm is magnesium. Both Trienza and Natural Calm can be purchased at

their websites. I also found Natural Calm at our Hi Health store. We also do

some vitamin C, which most likely helps out some as well.

It is really hard to do with finances as they are. We started supplements in

January and have done it all on credit up to this point. It has been worth it.

But now we can't use credit anymore, since our limit has been lowered due to our

home going to short sale. One thing we did was stop paying the $250 a month for

all our allergy meds and use that money towards supplements. I also apply to as

many grants as possible to get help covering therapies and supplements. I'm

waiting to hear back from one- I asked them pay for a year's worth of

supplements for my son.

I've learned not to worry anymore about how we are going to continue, things

just seem to fall into place. I do believe it helps to put trust in His hands!
