How and with what to begin

Hi

I wanted to start my son on enzymes. I searched the files of this site but did

not find any info on how and with which product to begin with. I am sure this

question has been asked before so if someone could direct me on where to find

the answer I would greatly appreciate it.

Hi,

Good question. Everyone seems to do their own way of things, there really isn't

an exact, specific way for each person to follow. Check out this website

http://www.enzymestuff.com/basicsstepbystep.htm it gives a guide for us when we

really don't know where to start, step by step. Also, throughout the site it

gives specific enzyme products/brands that she recommends. Espeically in the

beginning, you want to try something a little more " gentle " .
