Hi! I'm new here. I have two sets of twins, both boy / girl. The older set is

5-1/2 and the younger set is 1-1/2. My oldest son is really giving us a hard

time lately. We have identified that he is oversensitive when it comes to

sound, sights, and some food textures. He is having fine motor skills

difficulties and we are doing OT and " The Listening Program " through a local

hospital. After reading " The Out of Sync Child " I asked the doctor about diet

changes, gluten free / casein free type diets. He referred me to the

internet... UGH! My son loves yogurt and milk and I'm worried that taking them

away from him will only make him more upset and angry. Any thoughts on enzymes

that I can try to help him? I know it is really a general question and normally

I would spend time searching boards and lurking around for awhile before asking

something, but honestly I'm at my wits end with him. He is so fresh these

days... and I have three other kids to worry about. I'm not sure I can make the

other three kids give up their drinkable yogurts... they all love them!!! I

don't know anything about enzymes so I need a lot of help in a short amount of

time. As it is I don't sleep much and if I have to spend hours researching

these nutrition questions (thanks doctor) I'm afraid we will be stuck here for

too long.

Thank you,
