Dr. Shaw addressed Biocidin in his book. I don't have a copy anymore, but I

thgink you can access it online somewhere for free. Are you using liver

support? I remember BioBotanical research (who makes biocidin) had a companion

liver product, but I can't remember the name of it.

Do you buy from Brainchild? They have a support, not sure Terri is over

here. Should is an excellent support person and would have a great answer.

Hello,

I've been using Biocidin for my 6 year old for a while now. It is one of the few

supplements I continue to give him. I called the company about a year ago

because I was using it to fight bacteria. I asked the rep that same question and

she said it is safe to use for extended periods (years) at the recommended

dosage. You may want to call and verify as well. I contacted the company after

posting a question to the Brainchild group as well since this is what Terri

suggested.

Lori

BTW...just curious, what is the best price you have found? I usually get mine

from LifeLuxure.

Yes, Biocidin can tax the liver, though not as much as Flagyl. This is all in

Dr. Shaw's " Treatments for Autism and PDD " book which can be read online

somewhere. (I'm not sure I got that title right.) BioBotanical research makes

a liver support supplement that is meant to be a companion to Biocidin. I'm

sure it has milk thistle in it, but can't remember the rest of the ingredients.

We use LiverLife for liver support. Great product! My third fave next to

Biocidin and OSR.
