Guest guest
> My son and I both get consitpated from probiotics like Kirkmans gold and culterelle. Probiotics manufacture biotin, and it is the biotin which controls yeast in the body. Biotin was constipating at my house until I added magnesium. Try adding magnesium. > *What the heck is biotin anyway? Is it a vitamin B? It is a B vitamin that is manufactured by the good bacteria in the gut. >> If my son does not tolerate B's yet is it > likely biotin won't work as well? It is a different type of B, so he may tolerate it even if he has problems with other Bs. > *I may try GSE with no-fenol, do I have to give it on a full stomach. Can it be given with > other supplements? If you want to control yeast with just No-Fenol, give on an empty stomach. GSE should be given with at least some food in the stomach. The combination can be given with a small amount of food. > * GSE safe to take during pregnancy? (I probably won't take it but just curious) I don't know, sorry. I think I would stick with biotin tho, and not GSE. Dana
Guest guest
Can you give a child probiotics in a bottle or would it be too diluted? Can the bottle with probiotics be heated?
