Hi Kim,

I bring my son to Dr. Skowron in Hamden, CT. His # is (203) 230-2200. He is

not a DAN! dr but a Natruopathic DR who follows the Dan protocal. My son tested

high in lead via the urine (while using DMSA provoking agent) but low (3) when

tested through the blood too! I am unsure as to whether to chelate but Dr.

Skowron is recommending chealtion through a creme. He has a lot of knowledge

with kids on the spectrum and I feel comfortable recommending him as other moms

I know go to him as well. Good Luck and please keep me posted. You can email me

at lpopick@... too. Thanks,

Hi ,

thanks so much for the recommendation. I have brought my son to a few

different NDs and neither were recommending chelation?? I want to learn more

about any possible side affects of chelation because i really think the lead

must have had some impact on my little guy and I am interested in doing

chelation with him. I will give Dr Skowron a call today since we are " snowed

in " today : )

Thanx again!

Kim in Bristol
