I was wondering if the yeast caused by OLE is easier to manage than the

yeast from L-lysine or vitamin c.

In my experience, they all caused a lot of yeast, because they all

addressed viruses, and viral die off caused a lot of yeast. However,

based on the experiences of others, you might need to start with OLE

to knock back the viruses first, before moving to vitamin C and lysine.
