Guest guest
Hi. My son had ice cream at school today (vanilla, supposedly all natural from a local dairy) along with three tri-enza enzymes. When he get home, his ears were glowing red, like Rudolph's nose! So I gave him two no fenol and two Zyme prime. A few hours late, he threw up. 1. It's been a while since he's ears reacted like that. Any ideas why? 2. Do you think I over did it with the enzymes and that's why he threw up? Thanks. - paula in pa

It definitely sounds like he does not tolerate this ice cream, even with enzymes. Dana
Guest guest
Hi, My son gets red ears any time he has a food intolerance. Most often it is anything artificial, or if he gets someting high in oxalates or fenols. I havn't had any luck adding these foods back in with enzymes yet. You could try giving him the possible ingredients of the ice cream one at a time and see which one he reacts to. Good Luck, > > Hi. > > My son had ice cream at school today (vanilla, supposedly all natural from a > local dairy) along with three tri-enza enzymes. Guest guest
vitamin a palmitate, commonly added to non-full-fat milk, can cause a phenol reaction such as red ears/nose. even if the ingredients don't list it, if a dairy uses lowfat or nonfat milk, it can be one of the ingredients of the ingredients - if that makes senses - so its not always listed on the label. my dd (4), reacts strongly to vitamin a palmitate - hyper behavior, meltdowns, overly emotional, dark circles under the eyes - the way she reacts to certain other high phenol foods. vanillin is a flavoring that might be added and might also cause a phenol reaction. in milk, could be lots of things, even the natural ingredients. I can make her a plain vanilla shake from organic ice cream at home, with no reaction, if i use full fat ice cream snd milk, no vitamin a palmitate, hidden in low-fat milk ingredient. more info: http://www.enzymestuff.com/discussiondairy.htm#2 HTH. - > a Chaiken <pchaiken@> > wrote: > > > > Hi. > > > > My son had ice cream at school today (vanilla, supposedly all > natural from a > > local dairy) along with three tri-enza enzymes.
