Guest guest
Kirkmans has a calcium powder thats corn free, but not sure about citrus free. Quercetin is a good antihistime and Natures Life has a product that is citrus and corn free. The calcium citrate that seems so popular either has corn or citrus fruit, both problematic for my daughter. Can anyone help here? > >
Guest guest
I use a powdered Calcium Citrate made by NOW that specifically says it is corn free. I do not know about citrus thou, is calcium derived from it or is it just often added to it. This is a basic powder I mix into juice. you can probably contact them thru their website www.nowfoods.com HTH... denice ________________________________ From: svallo44024 <frankvallo@...> Sent: Wed, May 5, 2010 3:51:29 PM Subject: calcium w/o corn or fruit I'm trying to lower histamine levels and 1200-2000 mg of calcium is one of the supplements supposed to be able to do this.
