Guest guest
Hi! I went to our natural store to get my 2.5 year old boy grapefruit seed extract (even though he has phenol issues i'll give it a try little by little to see how he does) The attendant at the store told me it was way too strong to give to sucha young child and that if i would want to give it then just one drop in juice. He also told me that GSE kills the good and the bad bacteria, so i should give GSE as long as he on probiotics. I tried it for 3 days on myself and i developed flu-like symptoms probably due to yeast die-off. Can i give it to my toddler son? (i know he has a bad candida situation) Are the capsules better rather than liquid form? how long should he be taking it and how much? Thanks! Definitely start with just one drop. >>He also told me that GSE kills the good and the bad bacteria, so i should give GSE as long as he on probiotics. It does wipe out almost everything. > Can i give it to my toddler son? In my experience, the liquid is more effective, but the tablets still worked well, I just had to give a higher dose. > how long should he be taking it and how much? Until the yeast is gone. Guest guest
I gave it to my very young son, just started out with one drop in an empty enzyme capsule (back then there weren't chewables) and had him drink the enzyme powder with water and a straw. Worked up to 3 drops of GSE eventually, but noticed we had less side effects (crummy feelings, die off effects) if we included a No Fenol enzyme and eventually added Candidase. Have given it to my daughter, around age 2. Again, very low dose in an empty capsule. Again, with No Fenol and Candidase. Grapefruif seed extract for toddler? Hi!
