I did some more research and found that it was formerly known as Streptococcus

lactis. I think I posted that already. My brain is so foggy sometimes, sorry.

Should it still be considered a Strep strain? Would it cause problems?

I am having the hardest time finding a good probiotic that contains NO inulin,

FOS, or strep strains. I am looking for one with high Bifidobacterium because

it seems to help me with constipation.
