I'll ditto everything Dayna said...we have been wimps on the antifungal and just

started the parade. we have NOT started enzymes yet- doing that next week...but

DS is OOC. DS is having a bowl movement but we are on miralax to facilitate

that at the moment... curious ideas for minimizing die-off

Subject: Serious anti-fungal parade ... when does it get better?

My son just started a very serious anti-fungal parade to kill yeast, strep and

pseudomonas. I

have been doing biomedical for the last four years but must admit that I am kind

of a wimp

when it comes to killing yeast/bacteria. My DAN doc, finally, persuaded me to

hit the

yeast/bacteria head on and aggressive. My son is definitely having die off

related symptoms.

He is spacey, stimmy, drunk, pale, dark circles under eyes and language is

unintelligible. We

are on day five and he is getting worse. Just curious when the die off

subsides? I have never

really experienced serious behavioral die-off so this is new to me. We have lost

our daily

bowel movement as well. Is this common? Any advice, suggestions or moral support

would

be awesome.

Peace,

Dayna

I would say the pace is too fast. Can you take it a little slower?

Increase the yeast protocol.

If you think it is die off, give activated charcoal about 45 minutes

after the anti-fungal.

This also sounds like yeast overgrowth.

When we first started anti fungals I almost quite after our son acted like

this for a week - he was totally spacey and not communicative and just

wanted to bang and drum on things. After about a week and a half, it stopped

and he developed a ton of language. Hang in there!

Hi Dayna,

What is your son taking? We are battling bacteria and yeast as well.

TIA!
