Industrializing US Food Supply Time Line

June 8, 2009: Rep. Dingle (D MI) Introduces HR 2749, Food Safety

Enhancement Act of 2009, setting up a legislative and criminal system to

industrialized the entire US food chain, criminalizing information about health

benefits of food and minor infractions in order to drive all small, independent

food producers out of the food industry. HR 2749 brings Codex into rapid and

full implementation

July 30, 2009: HR 2749, Food Safety Enhancement Act of 2009, passes the House by

a 280 to 150 majority

March 3, 2009: Sen. Durbin (D IL) introduces S. 510, FDA Food Safety

Modernization Act, which, like HR 2749 will end the production of clean,

unadulterated food in the United States, industrialize and further degrade all

US food production but which lacks the draconian penalties of HR 2749

December 18, 2009: S. 510 Placed on Senate Legislative Calendar

September 13, 2010: S. J. Leahy (D VT) Introduces S.3767, Food Safety

Accountability Act of 2010, which reintroduces the vicious penalties for

" misbranding and adulteration) HR 2749 lost when it became S. 510

September 13, 2010: S. 3767 referred to Judiciary Committee

September 23, 2010: S. 3767 Date of Scheduled Consideration [e.g, bill could be

voted into law that day or S. 510 could be introduced as an amendment and put

forward in that manner. Stop it before gets to the Senate floor to be rammed

through into law.
