Durbin (D IL) introduces S. 510, FDA Food Safety Modernization Act, which, like HR 2749 will end the production of clean, unadulterated food in the United States, industrialize and further degrade all US food production but which lacks the draconian penalties of HR 2749 December 18, 2009: S. 510 Placed on Senate Legislative Calendar September 13, 2010: S. J. Leahy (D VT) Introduces S.3767, Food Safety Accountability Act of 2010, which reintroduces the vicious penalties for " misbranding and adulteration) HR 2749 lost when it became S. 510 September 13, 2010: S. 3767 referred to Judiciary Committee September 23, 2010: S. 3767 Date of Scheduled Consideration [e.g, bill could be voted into law that day or S. 510 could be introduced as an amendment and put forward in that manner.
