Megaloblastic anemia and immune problems ?

I was wondering if anybody else using MB12,or with MTHFR mutations has been

found to have megaloblastic anemia,as I have.If so,are there noncancerous immune

problems that can't be found with the standard blood tests that your children

have been found to have ? Say,by having a bone marrow biopsy? If so,what would

you look for?
