This sounds like a detoxing reaction, which is pretty much the same

thing as die-off, but not necessarily caused by anything dying, just

toxins causing symptoms as they move out of your body. Basically it

sounds like it's working. You could do a lower dose if you'd rather

be more comfortable- some people like to just get it over with too.

B6 also causes oxalates to dump, so if you have an oxalate issue, then

maybe the dumping is part of the symptoms? Again this would be part

of detoxing. B12 can also help with fight viruses so maybe that's

part of it?

First, increase the yeast protocol. Those are all symptoms of yeast

overgrowth, and TMG, B6, and mB12 all tend to increase yeast, so

giving them all at the same time would really increase the yeast.

My son required carnitine for the TMG, folic acid and carnitine for

the B12, and magnesium for the B6.
