Guest guest
I have been taking mg oxide for a long time for constipation. It is the only thing that will help me except castor oil and I can't handle that any more. I was using the mg oxide in capsule form and I thought maybe the capsule fillers were causing me to have increased yeast symptoms. I bought it in powdered form with nothing added and my yeast was the worst it has been in years. After some research I found out that mg oxide will increase yeast. Just wanted to pass that on to maybe someone that didn't know that.

Guest guest
Yeah, it says that in the book " Healing The New Childhood Epidemics... " . I believe it says because the mag oxide has sulfur which feeds the yeast. I'd try magnesium glycinate
Guest guest
Oh man, I have been giving magnesium oxide once a day and magnesium citrate. I don't know the difference between them. So for constipation I should be giving what? Guest guest
I know Magnesium glycinate is the best to take orally because it doesn't cause the tummy trouble that the other forms can, and it's more absorbable . Magnesium citrate is for constipation.
