Hello every one,

Have been following up on the board for quite some time now but this

is my first post. I am from India father of a 10 yr old son who is on

autism spectrum. He has been on GFCF diet for over 20 months now and

also undergone 2 cycles of chelation with DMSA( 3 days on and 11 off

with ALA and other supplements on for full time ), each lasting about

3 months) after his urine n blood samples showed more than normal

concentration of mercury, lead and some other metals.

We recently got his food allergy testing done and all tests for IgE

for Buck wheat, salmon,rye,lamb,cod fish,

tomato,apple,potato,almond,walnut,corn,sesame seed,baker's

yeast, banana, peanut, egg yolk, egg white, chicken

meat,soyabean,coconut,cheese cheddar,casein, Aspergillus Fumigatus,

house dust greer, wheat and milk have come < 0.50 IU/mL.

I would like to know from other parents as to what is the difference

between IgE and IgG testing? Also since most of the enzyme stuff is

not available in India could anyone suggest a suitable substitute or a

way to get these here.

Sorry for a longish post but sincerely hoping for some useful and

handy tips being thrown up by the members.

Best regards, Lt Col Rathore

Hi Col

I am in Australia and enzymes are not readily available here either.

Houston Nutraceuticals will post internationally - you can order on-line via

their site. Or you can order Enzymedica's products (for a good price) via

www.supervits.com <http://www.supervits.com/> . They take between 1 and 2

weeks to arrive here - get delayed in Customs.

Good luck

:-)
