We switched from Houston to Kirkman's Max Enzyme with super results. It works

best for our family. Give any enzymes a month to work and settle in.

Does it dissolve well into juice, for those that cannot swallow capsules..

It takes a little bit of stirring(or shaking if you have a bottle), but

eventually blends in. We give it to my son in a bit of jam, so it doesn't need

to be blended it that much. I also put one in melted chocolate chips and

refrigerate them for on the go times.

We've gotten great results from Klaire Labs Vital-zymes complete and Kirkman's

Maximum Spectrum. Houston's Trienza didn't work as well for us.
