[probiotics] that the body uses to control yeast [as well as help with

skin, hair, and nails].

How do you give the charcoal? I've not tried this because I couldn't

find any that wasn't capsuls and my daughter won't swallow pills. I

couldn't find any even at Kirkmans that could be opened and put into a

drink (they said it would be nasty.)
