Try giving an antibacterial, like OLE.

I'd try some microbial product to attack bacteria. I use Biocidin on my son and

it works great! Herbal microbial product that really targets gut bacteria in our

house.

Hi,

A couple years ago our son had a similar response when we had to give him

antibiotics for strep throat. All his hyper, vocal tic, lack of focus completely

disappeared while on antibiotics; then within four days of coming off them he

regressed worse than before. In some ways we were relieved because it was

apparent that a bacteria was a big part of our problem with him, because no

other interventions-diets, etc.- had worked for him up until this time.

What we did was cut out of his diet some foods that were on the specific

carbohydrate diet forbidden list--garbanzo beans and other beans, table sugar,

most starches in cooking. We increased our use of zyme prime digestive enzyme,

and later we added slow release garlic tablets. All of these things really

improved his behaviour, eliminated his vocal tic (we used to be able to tell

when he had eated sugar by the fact that he would start clicking again--he

doesn't even do that now).

We have some biocidin in the fridge waiting to try it...no experience with that

yet.

We're doing probiotics too, but they seem to be a more neutral influence at this

point.

Tests here were a high antiDnase B. Sed rate, and ASO were within nl range.

Rapid strep throat cultures were useless and the longer cultures not much

better. One doc said that the high titer just meant she'd been exposed and was

responding immune wise. The other doc treated and titers are slowly reducing. We

got rid of all Strep-even the 'good' ones in cultures and probiotics. This

sensitivity has run in our family w rheumatic fever, heart valve disease etc for

a couple of generations. In grandchildren it seems to be exhibiting more as the

I tested him for pandas a couple of years ago Aso and antidinase was normal. I

will try OLE. thanks.
