My Dev Ped said that Enzymes should be taken atleast 15 min before taking food with gluten or casein. Otherwise there is no use of taking the enzymes. But with kids, it might be difficult as they just sneak in such food and keeping enzymes handy when you are outside of house and giving them before they have the G/C food, is almost impossible. Does anybody have any suggestions, please? Also, which is a good brand? I have Enzymaid from Kirkmans with me right now.
