Guest guest
I am going to start with eliminating yeast by using GSE, then enzymes(AFP Peptizyde) in addition to the gfcfsf diet. How much GSE should I use and what time of day. Should I also do No-phenol with the GSE? And I am considering biotin, when should that be introduced? -Undiagnosed Asperger's Syndrome Stay at home mom to 3, Wife to -6-6-02-Autism Spectrum, the light of my life Katy-11-19-03-undiagnosed genetic syndrome that includes cleft palate-Pierre Robin Sequence, scoliosis, heart defects, short stature, low muscle tone, developmental delay, oral defensiveness, g tube fed part time-working on oral feeding, slightly dysmorphic features, and my joy J.D-no issues except he is totally in love with mommy, cutest baby in the world visit my blog http://busiestmommyinamerica.blogspot.com " If you think my hands are full, you should see my heart! Guest guest
Is this for your 6yo? If he can swallow pills then probably 1/4 to 1/2 tablet of 125mg Nutribiotic GSE. I would start once a day for a week (I gave it in the morning on empty stomach, but I don't think that's a requirement), then go up to twice a day if there are no severe die-off symptoms. How long to go on is the question - I went 3 weeks w/ my 4yo. Once a day for 1 week, twice a day for another week, and once a day again for another week. For me I just kept taking it until I felt good and ready to stop. I don't know if you can do GSE w/ NoFenol... Biotin can be started anytime, preferably ASAP, but I wouldn't start 2 supplements at once. I think a few days inbetween is OK. Dose biotin spreadout throughout the day. Guest guest
Can you use GSE with a probitic? Do they cancel his other out? > I am going to start with eliminating yeast by using GSE, then enzymes(AFP > Peptizyde) in addition to the gfcfsf diet. Guest guest
They say to take them at least 2 hrs apart as GSE does kill good bacteria too. How much GSE should I use and what time of day. Start with one drop in the morning. >>Should I also do No-phenol with the GSE? That is usually helpful. >>And I am considering biotin, when should that be introduced? Any time you want. Dana
