Hi folks,

Well, this is my 's first weekend of dmsa and ala in 1 capsule.. so far so

great! Doesn't appear to have yeast issues. He has been awesome with this.. even

though the capsule is huge in comparison to the tiny 25 mg dmsa cap he was

taking.

I tried to get him (he is 13) to eat coconut oil off the spoon.. no go. So

smarty pants says, " Just trick me by putting it in those empty capsules you have

there. "   (I was working on filling caps with dmsa and ala). That got me to

thinking about combining things like GSE, OoO, OLE, and coconut oil into 1

capsule. Is this ok? If not all, what would be an acceptable combo to get this

stuff into him (they are all in liquid form now)?

Thanks!

===>I don't know about combining them but NOW makes Organic unrefined coconut

oil gel caps, very effective for yeast and good for stomach and/or thyroid

issues. They're pretty large in size, however.

I might try experimenting with combining the coconut oil and OoO first and see

how that works. Then either add the other two together in a capsule or add a

third into the mix if coconut oil and OoO seem to work well together and don't

chemically interact in a problematic way.

Put any and all liquids you don't want to taste in a capsules. I'm not sure

about combining them however. I don't even like to taste things!

Certain supplements cannot be combined, but the ones you list above are fine to

combine.
