At my house, B vitamins were not properly absorbed until I gave them with carnitine. And the increased absorption did tend to increase yeast for a while. My son defintely needs one but how to identify which one to use. My DAN just prescribed levocarnitine and I noticed he is stimming more than he did before with the levocarnitine.
