In addition to being an antioxidant, it is also an anti-inflammatory and helps improve circulation by increasing nitric acid in the endothelium of blood vessels. Guest guest
Dana, Pycnogenol is trademarked. It all comes from the one manufacturer. Evryone just re-packages it and sells it under a brand name. So, any brand you get is fine--it is v expensive generraly, but the most expensive ones are the same as the somewhat less expensive ones. We use the NOW brand. D PS: It is not from grapeseed extract, but a maritime pine bark extract from a specific region in France. > > > We received a recommend of this for my son son (11). Guest guest
We use the Pycnogenol from www.holisticheal.com <http://www.holisticheal.com/> along with the Grapeseed Extract. Brand does matter to us. We use the ones with the highest quality ingredients and the least fillers. Guest guest
I actually bought a case of liquid pycnogenol from a company called Pi Pharma. We have not seen any amazing results and I was going to contact the mfr. to see if I could send the other 6 bottles back. I would be happy to have other moms offload them from me, if you want. You can just pay what did at wholesale. I would have to look up the invoice. Sue > > > > > We received a recommend of this for my son son (11). Just > wondered if > > > anyone else had heard of it?
