Pediatrician giving me a hard time about vaccinations

I took my 14 year old son with autism to the doctor today for his physical and

she gave me such a hard time because I will not let him get his dpt shot. She

told me I was being negligent and that the shots didn't cause his autism and

wouldn't make him any worse than he already is. Of course we got into the whole

debate and I ended up leaving without the shots but she called today to tell me

I needed to make an appointment to come in for the shot. What should I do?
