If you feel comfortable, once they have been removed for a few weeks, you can reintroduce the ones with low numbers one at a time and look for a reaction. Alternative flours would be, potato, tapioca, quinoa, millet, amaranth, coconut, almond... > > Our whole family had the RAST test done this month.
