Guest guest
My son had the same sleeping problems while on MB12 sublingual. I was giving him MB12 with folic acid and carnitine. I also increased yeast control protocol because they tend to cause yeast overgrowth. But it did not help. We had to stop MB12 three weeks ago, and sleeping problem is gone. We tried MB12 shots, started with low dose. Sleeping problem was much worse than sublingual. Connie Mb12 vitamins and gse - side effects? Hi, I've been giving my 2 year old mb12 vitamins for a week. I also give him a multivitamin, dmg, cod liver oil, gse, and a probiotic. Lately, he's been waking up crying in the middle of the night and waking early. He's always been a great sleeper. He's also started putting his hand down his diaper, putting his hand over his eyes occasionally as if he has a headache and mouthing plastic again. I started him on the gse after he finished his 10 day nystatin treatment and am wondering if I should stop the gse and the mb12 vitamin for now. Oh, and what is the difference between the vitamin and shots. Is one better than the other? We are scheduled to see a DAN! doctor in February. Thanks for any advice/suggestions! Increase the yeast protocol, those are signs of yeast. And B12 tends to increase yeast. Dana
