new here, nystatin question

hello,

i am currently treating my 5.5 yr old for yeast and was wondering what the

'typical' nystatin

dosage would be for a child his age. he is 40 lbs. also, again because this is

all new to me,

what else besides the nystatin should i be doing to help him? we are feeling

EXTREMELY

frustrated right now and i just want to help him.
