Guest guest
Hello, We are new to taking enzymes and I have some questions: We are currently GF/CF, egg-free, and only occasional fish and fowl eaters due to multiple IgE allergies to beef, pork, lamb, egg, dairy, and gluten in my 6 year old with ASD. She takes supplemental B, supplemental magnesium, a multivitamin, and supplemental zinc as well as Houston's Peptizyde. My question is: Should we scale back on the vitamin supplements since she is taking enzymes now? I do not want to overdose on any vitamin or mineral for her. She is, however, a big girl at 70 pounds and 48 inches. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thank you! Joy in IL

Enzymes will allow the vitamins to be better absorbed, so she may not need higher doses now. Or conversely, she may still need the higher doses.
