It is a general enzyme that helps with almost all foods. Most kids with gluten/casein intolerance will also need Peptizyde or AFP. And it does not appear very effective for phenol issues, so No-Fenol for that. But for general digestion, carbs, starches, sugars, etc, it was nice for my son.
