Guest guest
My sister is having major digestive issues with most fruits and vegitables. This has been going on for the past year or so. She went to a GI Doc who thought everything was in her head. Her asthma/allergy Dr. is trying to get her into another GI that is familar with her condition. Apperently it is from an allergy to a type of tree and the fruits and veg. have similar structure. Cooking the foods helps some. I was wondering if there is an enzyme specific to fruits and veg. or should she combine diff. enzymes to get what she needs. She finds some relief with Beano. I told her she needed to take probiotics and I gave her a book on enzymes but thought I would ask on here if there was something that could help her more. Mainly has problems, with bell peppers, peaches, there are others but these seem to be the ones that bother her more than anything. She basicly said anything that is healthy she can't eat because it gives her major problems, the only thing she doesn't seem to have problems with are grains.
