Watching today's show (4/8/08), I witnessed something quite

disturbing. While featuring the viewer who had a baby last year, the

segment included a video message from a doctor reminding her (and the

audience watching) to keep up with their child's vaccine schedule and

especially requested to get the flu vaccine. Blind adherence to the

vaccine schedule without consideration for an individual child's

health issues/sensitivities or vigilance regarding the ingredients of

said vaccines is putting children's lives at risk. The Ray

Show has thus put more children at risk for brain disorders, like

Autism, or even death. Before espousing vaccinations, the staff of

the show should have done some research. My daughter, who is deathly

allergic to eggs, received vaccines using chick embryo before we even

knew of her allergy. She now has Autism. Don't get me wrong, I'm not

saying to pity her...she is an amazing kid! However, had we known

about her allergy and the vaccines themselves, we would have done

things very differently, which is our parental prerogative, in order

to protect our child's health. For more on this issue, I implore you

The Age of Autism link is a piece written by (who has a

son with Autism and is the daughter of the founders of Autism

Speaks).

It is only fair that in a future Ray Show that the other point

of view get to speak, so that parents are well informed. To quote

McCarthy, " we not anti-vaccine; we are pro safe vaccine and

vaccine schedule " . ...if your show is truly concerned about

children's health, you should be " pro safe vaccine and vaccine

schedule " too.

There is no such thing as " false hope " !

My Letter feel free to copy it! And I know I am stretching it by

suggesting Jim Carrey would come on the show--but thought it might

get some interest for ratings and get them to look into this more

seriously.

Thank you in advance for doing a fair and balanced show in the

future! For almost two decades, tens of thousands of families like

myself have taken their kids for the 1 yr. round of vaccines as

healthy, normal children, only to see them stop speaking within days

and descend into autism. My own son had a vocabulary of over a

dozen words and was a very social child. He stopped speaking

completely, stopped responding to his name, and stopped being able

to feel pain immediately after these shots. I have before and after

pictures and video to prove this! He was eventually diagnosed with

autism but has made great improvement by treating him for vaccine

injury, not autism. 's story is one of MANY.

The studies that supposedly let vaccines off the hook are very, very

misleading. They are not looking for the right thing (only looking

at MMR or Mercury in isolation) and are only good to make

pediatricians more comfortable and keep the vaccination rates high.

The Department of Health and Human Services just examined the Poling

Case Readhere and determined her autism and seizures were due to

these shots and the Federal Government compensated her. This is a

huge coverup and I know you will find and expose the truth if you

research it! Thank you and God Bless You for doing it. I am a

frequent viewer and know that you have the guts to stand up for the

TRUTH!

Thanks again for searching for the TRUTH! The current vaccine

schedule should not be one-size-fits-all. If we had postponed and

split up the vaccines, our son could have been protected from these

diseases AND autism. He was born with a genetic predisposition that
