I know that you take zinc and calcium apart, and magnesium and calcium together, right? Also, can anyone tell me what evening primrose oil is for? Thanks. Amber. Take magnesium separate from calcium if you are trying to address a magnesium deficiency. Calcium requires magnesium for proper absorption. Take an additional magnesium dose separate from calcium if you are trying to address a magnesium deficiency. > Also, can anyone tell me what evening primrose oil is for? It is an Omega 6 oil.
