Take a look at their web site. Never use it and was just reading their site earlier today actually. Tammy Breaking apart Enzyme capsules I break apart my son's enzymes capsules and sprinkle them on his food. He's 2.5 and cannot swallow them. I'm worried about both of us inhaling them.
