We use magnesium glycinate from kirkman labs. We do capsules, but I

believe you can also get this in powder form.

Hands down www.Oxypowder.com for tough kids, Kirkman's Magnesium Oxide

for occasional problems.

We use OXY as a supplement/cleanse to treat chronic constipation, we

use mag oxide to supplement other minerals such as Calc or for

occasional constipation for my son who does not need OXY strength.
