ionic foot baths and or ionic water treatment systems?

I read that giving epsom salt baths in the city water w/out removing

the chlorine is pointless, so I am learning about diff. filter

systems. Anyone have any input re: the ionic foot baths to draw out

toxins vs. the sticky foot pads? Also, re: home water filters, carbon

filter vs. reverse osmosis or ionic? thanks!
